Amanda uses a tested method to guide participants through a process of identifying and refining their unique gifts, while untangling them from unhealthy and unhelpful thought patterns. Participants will be empowered to rediscover their exciting potential and work towards activating it in all facets of their lives. They will leave with a piece of art to rekindle their passion for their unique gifts.

Amanda will use this time to reignite a passion in participants for goals and dreams. Using mixed media, the group will be given resources and instructions to create a piece of inspirational art to hang in their workspace. Each participant will have the freedom to customize their piece, creating subtle or bold reminders of the passions they reconnected with during our workshop time.
